Those that call me and ask me how much time is necessary in order for them to start looking as Tom Cruise or Megan Fox are either naive or are simple pushing bad jokes in my opinion. In fact, they are not only “curious” about the necessary time frame that might be required in order to become fit and “ultra slim” (as they call it) again, but even how is it possible to do that without working out a lot.
Generally speaking they would prefere to sit in front of their computer, watch movies and drink a cup of tea from time to time so that the fat would start burning for itself without any extra efort from their side. You see this is hardly possible because laziness is the biggest factor that makes people fail and probably the same is going to happen to you if you don’t take any action right now.
