It’s sad that one does not need to get up to switch off the lights. The ubiquitous remote does most of our tasks. In the good old days we definitely had so much more manual work. This kept us much fitter even if did not do any conscious exercising.

The stress levels have strangely increased, notwithstanding all the se modern conveniences. Heart disease is much more prevalent now than ever before.

It is time now for all of us take stock of our health. We need to make a conscious decision to get out there and do a bit of a physical work out every day.

P90X Workout Review

I’ve done dozens of different workout programs. I’ve been in the military for almost ten years and have been to some rough places and tough schools. What I have learned most from the workout programs I’ve done and the places I’ve been, is that my body gets more fit when I’m doing muscle confusion. If I just sit on the same routine all day everyday, then I’m limiting my growth. After reading a few P90X reviews, I decided to try the P90X workout. One P90X review was all about the muscle confusion, so I figured it had to be good. Since starting my P90X workout program, I have realized, I’ve never had a better workout in my life. My body feels great, I’m looking better, and I’m not as tired at the end of the day. I get excited about working out each day, I get excited about pushing myself each day as I do a new workout.
